This is what we know so far:

Changes from the arcade version:
-7 stages total (2 more than the arcade version)
-2 new characters (Follett and Rosa)
-Updated graphics (16:9 mode)
-New bosses

Other stuff:
-The LE comes with a DLC code for an arranged soundtrack
-Release date: May 27th!
-Region locked, you'll need a Japanese 360 for this one.

I would imagine Aksys will determine whether to localize Deathsmiles II based on how well Deathsmiles does. So if you're interested in seeing the second game brought over be sure to buy the first Deathsmiles!

Am I crazy or did Windia somehow get younger than Casper?

It looks nice. I hear mixed things about it, but maybe people are not used to it the same way people weren't used to Street Fighter III when it first hit arcades - only assuming. Does it play differently?
A cool thing I noticed, at the fiesta Cave was selling these cheap looking mugs for promoting DSII. Start every morning with a brisk cup of lolis.

Espgaluda II Black Label Normal Edition is region free.
But I'm afraid new games after Espgaluda II Black Label won't be region free.

Now, Cave has mentioned that they want to focus on properly starting a fanbase overseas.

Makoto Asada: Cave is definitely looking in a worldwide direction for the ports of our arcade titles, like Mushihime-sama Futari, EspGaluda II and other games. We are already thinking worldwide in the sense of how we design our games, and we hope that the US version of Deathsmiles does well enough for us to put out more games around the world.
