   The price may be a little steep, but the 3DS had me at "Star Fox 64 remake".

   And then Mega Man Legends 3 got confirmed for it, which single-handedly made it a first day purchase.

   In the U.S.? It's about that if you were to import it from Japan (likely more), but I don't think an official price was announced for other regions.
   Personally, I think it will go for about 250. We don't normally get the same price as Japan and we're usually the cheapest in terms of price.

   Personally, I want to see some Arc games on there, and as Aksys is no stranger to DS and DSIware maybe some games for that as well, like say, a Bit Trip game !

   So, anyone here like that Harmony of Despair DLC? I enjoy the boss, I just don't enjoy the fact that she has resistances to damn near everything, though it works out for me, as i've been maxing Charlotte as of late before DLC came out. GameFAQs loves it though, almost 100% of the users are like "YES OMG!! VALMANWAY AND YASUTSUNA AS USELESS AGAINST HER, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK KONAMI!!! NERF THOSE BLENDERS AND MAKE EVERYTHING RESISTANT TO THEM!!!"

   I'm counting the days left for Mass Effect 2 on the PS3. I want that game as soon as it comes out. Also, I'm saving cash to import Valkyria Chronicles 3 and Phantasy Star Portable 2: Infinity. Screw Sega of America, I'm not suporting the Phantasy Star franchise in English anymore after they axed the voice acting for the third time.

    I played a demo for a game called Amnesia: The Dark Descent. The game scared the living -your mother is a classy lady- out of me. It sucks how this game is sold online only.

    Capcom cannot make me hate them more after the way they are toying with Darkstalkers fans. They should be making sequels to the BEST fighting game series they ever made (Darkstalkers), not the WORST (Street Fighter). I like a good portion of the Darkstalkers cast, which only really had 3 games, whereas with all the evolution of SF, I have a grand total of 8 characters from the series I like, 3 originating elsewhere (Fei Long, Guy, Ibuki, Q, Twelve, Yang, Rolento, Sodom).

    That last one you made up. But yeah, I have no interest in most of the SF cast. If the characters and their movesets bore me, it's not fun to play.

    No, no, it was there. It was the only reason you gave for hating SF, too (which, considering that fighting games wouldn't be around if it wasn't for SF2, is kind of a bold claim).

    And while I'll level with you on the Final Fight characters and Q, the other characters you supposedly like aren't even all that interesting, gameplay-wise or (if you care about that kind of thing) story-wise.

    I liked Twelve for the shapeshifting mostly. Fei Long because i'm a Bruce Lee fan. Yang because he reminded me of Trowa + he was fun to play as + I like the story of kung fu guys and I find the ones who don't use fireballs far more interesting than those that do. Ibuki, while boring from a storyline perspective, is pretty fun to play as (in SF3, she's not too fun in SSF4) for her many tools and mostly fluid gameplay.

    I can understand that SF2 kick-started it all, but, at the same time, things evolved and improved for a reason. You can respect the classics without -your mother is a classy lady-.

    From the way you phrased that first post, it sounded like you were more worried about backstory and -your mother is a classy lady- in fighting game characters rather than movelists and actual gameplay reasons. Clearly that isn't the case, so sorry for the argument.

    But still, saying stuff like "Darkstalkers is the BEST fighting game but Street Fighter is the WORST; I couldn't possibly hate Capcom more"... Well, ironically, it makes you look like 80% of Capcom's fanbase.

    Nah, but having a cool backstory and all that helps add to the character.

    Not sure what that second part was supposed to prove.
