   I'm really glad that Aksys has brought us this great game, something I would have never thought to cross the boarder into North America. Although I was disappointed at no physical copy for PS3, they decided to include the Japanese voices so I'll be sure to buy it regardless.

   Anyway, now I have heard that the PS3 version, on top of being download-only, is the victim of censorship, even if the game contains no 18+ material. Aksys, is there a difference in content from the two versions of the game?

   I believe this was settled a while ago that those images are from the ghostlight version for ps3? Could I be wrong?

   Dangerous at both ends and crafty in the middle.

   The short version is no, our version does not have "censorship".
   The long version is this: The Japanese Xbox 360 version of the game (Also known as Record of Agarest War Reappearance--sometimes mis-translated as "Rapier Lance") included the more risqué pictures that you have highlighted above, as well as a few other additions and enhancements. The version that we will be releasing in North America has all of the content from Reappearance, including the "un-censored" pictures, in both versions (360 and PS3).

   wish to buy the game but 10 gb download is too much for a meager 1.5 mbps connection :(

   Just let it DL overnight. Plus with any luck, the actual PSN DL will be a small loader, and the loader will DL the bulk of the game, and have a resume feature.

   Actually, an official comment on that would be helpfull if one has not been made already.

   Though since I have a 10Mbs+ connection, PSN throughput will likely be the limiting factor for me.

   Yes.

   Both versions make me go waka waka so it doesn't matter to me. Wouldn't really call it "censored", either, but it's interesting.
