So a lot of you hardcore BB fans are probably planning on purchasing import BBCS right when it hits Japan's shelves. I can't blame you, I import regularly myself. But hold your horses and listen to the wise words of Ms. Boomy.

The English version of BBCS will be completely in English and Japanese (text and voice-overs). There will also be the option of Korean and Chinese (text only). Don't believe me?

This was an official response by Arc System Works to an English-speaking fan.

Now that we've gone over that, lets talk about this Limited Edition everyone has been raving about. Myself and Kanedags were going to make an awesome LE for you, but unfortunately due to the powers that be we had to abandon the idea ; _ ;. We didn't want to do something at the last minute and just throw some junk in a box for you.

For you those of you not in the know, Amazon and Gamestop have the game up for pre-order for $39.99 with the street date for 7/20/10.

While I am sorely disappointed, I understand you guys gotta do what you gotta do. At 40 dollars this game is a bargain. With 15 characters that all play significantly different, an expanded story mode, top quality voice acting and localization I am still looking forward to this. Thanks for being straight up and out front with this. There isn't going to be a pre-order bonus like last time though right? Also are Child A and B returning? Child B was my personal favorite, and I wish to personally thank the person who provided that voice.

If I remember correctly, I believe the actor who portrayed Bang was the voice for Child B as well. XD (If Child B was the young boy.)

Child B was the little girl, but if you could have seen my face when you told me that Bang's voice actor was Child A you would have probably been amused. I mean think about that. They liked the boss (Bang) and Bang is Child A, therefore Bang likes himself. Can you really blame him though?

You can preorder at the Aksys store right now, d00d! I think they said the sticks were due to ship in June.

seriously i've never understand why people buy LE's anyways, unless your one of those fans who like to have collectors stuff then it's pretty useless

not gonna wait 6 months for play a game (1+ year for me since i'm from europe)
waited 6 months for CT not gonna happen this time arround (end up bying it at full price)
also the OP link doesn't say nothing or it was removed ?

uh check this one out Blazblue Continuum shift Limited Box
..and the game was gonna be more cheap ? hhaha
who feels like traslating ? all i read there is visualbook
hope the cover is a placeholder (as long as doesn't get worse) not saying i dislike it

i'm....only interested on how long i can dance...in the scorching flames of hell,

This is the japanese limited edition. This actually isn't the right price, the Jap LE is going for 90$ AFAIK. It comes with a Nendoroid Petit Noel Vermilion, an artbook, a compilation scenario replica(?) and a special case.

I'm kinda sad at the news that the jap version won't have eng texts and voices. I have it on pre order... Wonder what to do now =/

I was going to ask about this but was a little afraid to, since it wouldn't be in Aksys's interest to say "Sure, import it."

That said I'm disappointed the JP version of CS has a nice limited edition but no Eng text. JP Voice only I wouldn't care, I always play with JP voices anyways. I'll be in Japan when the LE launches and now I have to make a decision, or get both which doesn't really make a lot of sense monitarily.

AmiAmi has it for 80$.

I think I'll end up getting both the jap LE and the english release.... Owch ´w`;;
