   Eh, I couldn't get myself to like Disgaea. Too much grinding. But I can see what the appeal of it is.

   i can hardly call ridiculously leveling is any grinding, unless you of course didn't master the art of leveling in the game :)

   There is only grinding in disgaea if you wanna do the post game, or extra stuff

   Darn i wish i lived in the US T_T, lol if that screen came from NISA, is impossible to be even more obvious, I MEAN JUST LOOK AT THE SILHOUETTES LOL
