Well I dont know if anyone has noticed ,but for instance I have a monthly subscription to Game Informer and have yet to see any thing on the game, and most sites like 1 up etc have no reveiws on the game, is this because of the lack of popularity in these types of game or what??

It's most likely that it's not popular enough for any reviewers to care, too long for them to make a good review for them(not likely, it's been like 3-4 weeks since this game came out so they had lots of time). But even so, don't count on the reviews to see if this game is good or not, there are some and maybe alot who would give this game a low score and comment on the cons of it. So it's best to just play the game yourself.

Game Informer didn't even review Suikoden Tierkreis after previewing it in multiple issues... They also typically avoid reviewing download-only titles... Probably for the best, as none of their writers know the first thing about RPG's.
Hopefully more reviews will come in shortly; perhaps they've been delayed because the columnists are actually playing the game to completion?Neil Hamburger(Il buono): Why did God send Terri Schiavo to hell? For the sin of sloth.

I'm surprised that Game Informer did not review the 360 version, they are 360 fanboys after all. I doubt X-Play will do a review of it on-air, but they might have a review listed on their website.

As i said in another thread, it seems Aksys didnt gave (like most publishers, even them do) the game before official release to some famous reviewers, so at least i know that a reviewer of rpgfan is playing it now, and he is in 4th gen, remember this game is pretty long.
Still im wondering if pages like gamespot will make a review? maybe they are in the same state as rpgfanYou only have eyes for that blue!, for that blue sky!

yea but allso remember game reveiwers like game informer ,gets there hands on a copy several weeks before its launched. And I think because its a srpg, it doesnt get the publicity like Modern Warfare would get, but I know theres alot of rpg and srpg gamers out there.

Aksys didnt seem to send copies before the launch so i think is impossible to find a review now (but some time has passed so maybe soon). The resason this game, or ANY aksys's game doesnt gets publicity like Modern Warfare, is because is expensive to do the kind of publicity Modern Warfire has, besides call of duty games are really famous, they can easily sell tons, wich gets the money used for publicity back fast.
FF13 had lots of publicity, because is a Final Fantasy and because Square Enix have enough money to do so D:You only have eyes for that blue!, for that blue sky!

IGN gave it a 7.5, and the main complaint was that it wasn't erotic enough. Although I'm inclined to agree, I still think it's a fantastic game, and the look on my wife's face when I busted out the mousepad was priceless.

Rpgfan gave it 70%, main complain was all the neccesary battles to advance in story, as well as in the "quest" maps where they dont even give you an option to run, wich is understandable.
Other complain was that it was recycled menu from other games, and that there were many backgrounds repeating themselves, i think that depends on the person, so it shouldnt had be a factor for a review points, but is ok to mention it, i think the reviewer had to talk a little more about the story as well, he didnt went too deep into that. But well, at the end he said it was a good game, and if Agarest Zero haves less battles, and more interaction with girls it would be pretty nice

Game Informer? I personally hate them because they hate Japanese games.

That was exactly the way I felt. The game really shot itself in the foot by doing all those battles, and the focusing on the dating-sim aspect would have improved it. If only we had a way to communicate with the Japanese devs.

Im still loving this game with all the endless battles anyway xD, and Thoma pwnz all haha *currently in gen 3*
