Not sure what you mean. If you're asking if the they'll have Astrals, yes, everyone has an Astral.

1. We're not entirely sure, but the consensus seems to be that you can't select the music without buying the character. Sorry. :(
2. The 360 version and the PS3 version have different art and different liners (as a result of our art contest), but all 360 discs are the same and all PS3 discs are the same. SO I guess the answer to your question is "no".
3. That post is a twisted labyrinth of lies and truth. Allow me to separate some of them for you:
- 360 users don't get the patch: A bald-faced lie. Everyone gets the patch. You don't have to buy the DLC to get it. Both consoles get the patch separately from from the DLC, as a title update.
- Makoto is fully-voiced in both Japanese and English: True.
- Makoto has no story mode and has no Story Mode and no Arcade Mode: True.
- Makoto cannot be selected in Legion Mode and will be added as an opponent in Score Attack Mode: Not sure. Sorry. :(
- Makoto can only be used in the 1.01 Patch: True. Although that shouldn't really come as a surprise to anyone.
- You can't watch Makoto in replays without buying her: Indeterminate. We're not really sure if this is the case or not.
Data, data, data. I cannot make bricks without clay.
