This isn't necessarily a question about CS but more about online aspect of CS.
I played CT for a long while and, due to me not staying in the US or Japan, I rarely got a match that was considered to have a "good" connection. Albeit some of the supposedly horrible ones, were actually alright and playable. However in CS, it seems none of them are, and I never find people that have a 1 connection or higher, and even some of the people I used to play that had an alright connection to me in CT, now have a bad connection and there is very noticable lag in the match.
To the question: Is it supposed to be like this? Has the netcode actually decreased in quality and not increased like a lot of people have been saying?
I'm afraid I don't know the answer to that. :(

Will they ever rebalanced Rachel thus giving her a better chance at fighting the other characters by giving her back her 6c combo properties, raising her damage, and allowing her poles to stay physical even after being attacked?
There is a balance patch coming, but exactly what the changes will be is not something we can discuss at this time. Rest assured, however, that we will be observing online play and player comments, and will take that into account. If you, or anyone else for that matter, has specific suggestions like this, I would suggest you create a separate thread in the forums for them.

now I have a question for Beli. Now that some of us have had the chance to crack down on story mode all the way, I wish to ask ya. Aside from Jubei obviously, why and who would round out your top 3 for entrants into the next installment of Blazblue?
3) Lord Tenjo's son. I know we haven't met him yet, but I like to imagine that Bang is a ninja who serves a sort of samurai-like master, making Lord Tenjo's son a full-on samurai, which would be totally sweet. Just for fun, he should fight with Miyamoto Musashi's two-sword style, because two swords are sweet.
2) Bloodedge, the original owner of Ragna's coat and sword. He fought the Black Beast to a standstill, and then gave his life to keep it quiet for a year. The is no way he is not incredibly awesome. Not sure how they'd work him in (maybe a little time travel, Order Sol-syle?), but it would also be great to get to see Jubei reunited with one of his oldest and dearest friends. The only concern would be to make him different enough from Ragna as a fighter, but I think Arc could do it. Maybe make the sword some apart, ala Cloud's sword in Advent Children, into a bunch of different swords and maybe a gun our two? Could be cool.
1) Kokonoe, because she is super-awesome. Ideally, she would pilot a giant robot, kind of like Daisaku from Giant Robo, aka the best anime ever.
Data, data, data. I cannot make bricks without clay.
Alles andere ist käse.
