as for localizing region-free shmups, we're talking about selling to a niche of a niche. it wont happen. period. be thankful for the region-free shmups that we have and beg arksys for the ones that aren't

Students of the Round (SO pretty! 360 has very few RPGs and I think this would REALLY stand out!)

Tears to Tiara is right up Aksys' alley, and my top want for them to localize right now. We North Americans need more tentacle in our daily gaming diets!
Also with Agarest Zero being localized by Aksys, Agarest 2 definitely is a must do when it comes out.
To close it off, I'm going to go with something different. Atelier Lina and Luminous Arc 3 being brought over here would be a nice little something. NIS and Atlus are showing no love to them, so the chances of them being brought here are slim.

Ah, and I forgot two games of the same series which definitely need to be localized, and would rake in a pretty penny at the same time.

Just seems really stubborn and ungrateful is all. I mean the only reason the game is region-free is because there is a 0% chance of localization so having any kind of hope for otherwise is just being totally unrealistic. Dodonpachi Ressurection and Deathsmiles 2 are the only realistic ones and if you're really a Cave shooter fan you'll import the others.

Member#1: Gal Gun (I read somewhere on an article from Andria Sang that it would have some potential to make it stateside, but I'm not sure if it's so naughty enough to accept Western players)
#2: Castle of Shikigami III for X360 (has to be available through Games on Demand via Xbox Live)
#3: Senko no Ronde Duo (this game needs to have a better localization treatment than the first one Ubisoft plagued it!)

^^^I know DSIIX doesn't have the best visual representation online ...but it's tons of fun. I would rank it above everything on your list except DFK BL.
