Cool story bro. This would be a licensing nightmare for Aksys.
No harder to get than MBAA
Well, since this is quite similar to P3, what do you think the sales might be if Aksys chooses to publish this?
The bundle looks nice, maybe worth importing.
Heh... wait for Capcom. They got us the Fate/Unlimited Codes. And if we're lucky, they'll pick this one up too.
But, I thought that this one was more of an RPG than a fighter. Am I wrong?

Fate/Extra was on RPGamer and they were talking about it rather passionately. But I don't see why you think it would be so hard to pick up. It doesn't belong to Geneon... it's a game and NOT anime. Hmmm, perhaps if NIS learns of the interest, they might pick it up. But Aksys... hmmm... I dunno. I KNOW they picked up Record of Agarest Wars so it wouldn't be TOO far-fetched for them to get it, I suppose but is the Fate series really that obscure? That would be another reason why I'm not so sure that Aksys would... they like the more obscure stuff. The REALLY HARD TO FIND STUFF. and things one would not expect. That's the things they usually go for if I'm not mistaken.
Is P3 meaning Persona 3? If you are, then you're asking the wrong people. That was Atlus. I'd be more than likely to think that Atlus would pick up Fate/Extra because of the style it's in. But again, that's just me.
And YES it is confirmed. Fate/Extra IS an RPG and I'm not sure if it's a Fighter at all. It's done by the same people that did Arc Rise Fantasia, Luminous Arc and so on.
But I don't know much about it... and neither does RPGamer. It LOOKED to be solely an RPG though.
It's an RPG. The problem is the license. I don't see Capcom as being interested in this. I think if Aksys asked, they might be allowed to publish it, but then there's the issue of the anime license...
Again, pretty sure that Atlus would get it.

Wasn't it already hinted at somewhere that Ignition got their mitts on it? At least those are the rumors I remember reading over at NeoGAF.
I got my copy of the LE last week; along with the Fate/the Fact mini-magazine.

For my first run-through, I picked the male protagonist (who I named after one of my fiction OCs) and summoned Archer.
The gameplay is broken into seven weeks (with the odd crazy interlude); each covering the run-up to a duel between Servants.
Each week, you alternate between spending time on the school grounds and heading down into the cyber-dungeons with your chosen Servant. At week's end, you square off with the Master-Servant pair you were drawn against for that round.
And stuff.
I really hope this game gets picked up for the West...
Eww, gross. Since when are Saber's boobs that huge?
*sigh*
Well, at least there's no ****ing in the game since the first release of the original PC game... right?
There was?
They cut it out of the superior PS2 version, but yeah. Stupid, isn't it?
I hear Ignition is looking at it. If they haven't, well, I'd like another company to localize it, because I'd play it.
