The only thing it can possibly do is hurt the franchise. Nobody wants to play CT.
Please tell them to cancel it and start working on a PC version of CS instead.
Seriously.
Don't let ASW release the PC version of BBCT

Ok.

Alright, I entirely agree with this. Given that Continuum Shift is due own in less than a week it seems entirely pointless to focus on Calamity Trigger. Generally when it comes to progression people move to the latest version. For example, say they finally were able to put Street Fighter IV when Super was on its way out the door. Now naturally people would move to Super (like they did) and vanilla would be a thing of the past. Do you think the PC version would see sales when the updated game is right out the gate? Doubtful you'd get much.
I can totally understand throwing people a bone but when the game is already over a year old, its a bit late and pretty sure there's some decayed meat on that thing.

I agree that ASW needs to focus more on getting CS out on PC if they're looking into that market but as far as I'm aware, they aren't really at fault for the CT delay. From what research I've done, ZenUnlimited is the group that's been on the front lines in trying to get CT out on PC. Probably better to pick a bone with them on the issue.
As for simply not releasing CT, that's probably not going to happen this late in the game. I don't see how it would exactly hurt the franchise aside from the chance of low sales. Also, if you read my thread asking about the PC port, Aksys apparently has nothing to do with the PC port though if they have resources to do it, I think we'd get a little better treatment than from ZU.
Things I did to try pushing support for CS getting released on PC was sending a supportive e-mail to ASW, found on their website, and I plan to send one to ZU as well. Hopefully I or someone else will get a response or at least show ASW and ZU that PC gamers want the good stuff without the delays.

Eh, I see the PC version as sort of pointless.
