While I know this is probably an unrealistic expectation, especially at this point, would it be at all possible to include an online versus mode for GGXXAC+ for the Wii?
I started playing Guilty Gear with GGXX #Reload on the original Xbox, which featured an online mode. I got really into the series, as it offered competition with people who actually knew how to play the game, instead of random friends who barely know how to play and get frustrated easily, even if I try to teach them the game and go easy on them.
Now, the online mode wasn't perfect, but it got the job done. The lag was intolerable with overseas opponents, but not too bad otherwise with most American players. Add o that a simple, point-based ranking system, and I was a very happy camper. Guilty Gear easily became my favorite fighting game.
I bought Accent Core for the Wii around when it was first released and am very pleased with it; I was shocked to see it even come to the United States. I offer great thanks to Aksys Games for porting AC over here and even removing some of the bugs. AC+ is also turning out to be a great release and another shock, especially with the 3 on 3 versus mode and fully voiced over dialogue, which #Reload didn't even offer. The only thing left to round out such an amazing package would be a decent online mode. I'm sure it would make all of the fans extremely happy, and it would surely earn my continued support.
