Ok, this -your mother is a classy lady- is ridonculus. With her staff, she gets godly pokes that usually lead into an instant loss because of her stupid good super reset, AND the pokes are SO safe there's usually nothing you can do about them even on IB. AND THEN should you actually hit her while she's throwing her staff projectile out her staff comes right back and she can DP you the first chance she gets to get out of pressure. There HAS to be some sort of stronger punishment for getting hit with the staff out. It should not come back automatically. It should drop to the ground and have to be either manually grabbed like Vega's claw or at least have a specific, non-damaging special move call it back. If she's gonna have those ridiculous options with staff, she should be sweating bullets if she gets caught with her pants down.
Bang
Bang is really good. REALLY good. But to be completely honest I don't see much of a problem with his mechanics. In fact I LIKE what was changed about him. I think he just does too much damage for the mixups he gets. I'd cut his damage by ~20-30% across the board and call it a day, EXCEPT for his command grab. Command grabs are supposed to do big damage, so I'd leave that alone. Oh yeah and no more 4-seal combos without a double RC, thx.
Ragna
I kind of agree with OP here. Ragna is supposed to do big damage, and because of the nature of his drive, it makes sense that he should have little life. If he had significantly less life and his drive was more effective and less "tack it on to combos", it would make for a more engaging character IMO. This is alot of change for just a patch, though.
Jin
I know this isn't a popular view, but I'd like to see the return of the ice-waggle. Yes, it was obnoxious. Yes, it made Jin frustrating to fight. But I think it was important to his game to make it different and interesting. As it is now, he's way too similar to Ragna in terms of mechanics in a game where the other characters are ALL COMPLETELY different. It definitely fit the -your mother is a classy lady- personality Jin has, too. And in high-level matches it didn't matter as much anyway. Bring it back.
Hazama
Hazama seems fine. Make his command throw better and give him slightly better command normals. Those moves suck. Alot.
Hakumen
Disagree with OP here. Hakumen seems fine the way he is. You can TK his air DP already, and on the ground he has reversal supers and counters. As for 6C, that move is fine. It's chargeable and super cancellable. Besides, it's mostly used at range anyway. If you're using it at point blank range you SHOULD be punished for it.
Arakune
I don't even know. Arakune is so fubar right now, I think there's gonna have to be another revamp to make him work right. As for the patch, prorate the bugs. But then I have a feeling he's gonna suck.
Lambda
God I'm so glad 2C isn't super -your mother is a classy lady- anymore. Seriously that move was faceroll. I can't think of any changes that are needed.

Hmmm. I'm not the best person to talk about Tager because I don't get to fight him much and I don't play him. Listen to someone else.

214B~D = overhead. I'd also change her drive so that LV1 and 2 charges are actually different moves with different uses and less damage instead of just useless versions of LV3s.
Tsubaki
Slight damage increase. Also change her drive so that the charge velocity is an inverse square. That is, it charges very quickly from 0, but slows down significantly as it approaches 5. This means that getting a single charge or two is easy in a pinch, but it really takes some planning if you want to get to 5 and dish out max damage. THAT would be really engaging AND solve the problem of not having enough charge through the match.

I don't friggin' know. I think Noel's drive was a bad design choice in the first place.

Seems fine. Maybe prorate taunt loop a little bit or something.

There aren't enough Mu players to really know at this point. I sure as hell have no idea.

Hooo boy. Rachel needs a laundry list. Here we go.
- Fix 6B so it's not 100% useless (read: return CT 6B)
- Unprorate george
- Lobelia launch should be like CT where it will trade and still come out.
- 6A needs to have a better hitbox and a speed increase.
- WHY DID RACHEL SLOW DOWN? SHE WAS ALREADY VERY SLOW. Seriously fix her speed.
- BBL needs more damage.
- Tempest is COMPLETE garbage and I don't think there's any way to save it. Seriously get a new move. It would be cool to spend 50% on a lobelia that sets a horizontal rod on the wall. THAT would be awesome.
- j.2C Needs to be normal/jump cancellable on hit, special cancellable only on block.
- Remove 6C from the game. Seriously that move is dumb and a bad design choice imo.
- Fix pumpkin timer. Sometimes it just randomly disappears. I'd also like the return of the pumpkin trade OR better hitstun on pumpkin.
