so is that a yes and if so do u possible now when it will be released and if it is they should add relius clover take makoto off the dlc and put her as a unlockable character and they need to change terumis voice to how it was in the first and they need to add jubei torakaka valkein hein and they need to let us see hakumens face since he is jin

The next blazblue probably wont be out next year. Arc should've realized by now that they did CS well but it wasn't good enough, it felt like an incomplete sequel and only the story was enough to be called a sequel and you know how in NA, there are quite a large number of ppl who only care more about the gameplay than story, especially when it's an anime story...(Take a look at the ppl over at G4). Arc would definately take their time to make the next blazblue even better. So we might not see a 3rd blazblue till 2 or 3 years later.

I dunno, 2011 is possible, I guess, considering that they could be working on the new game secretly because fighting-gameplay-wise, CS is basically Super BlazBlue.

Yeah that's true, it did feel rushed. I'm happy they released the game early but disapointed that it's flawed. More so than it should be. Anyways there's a chance that they might work on the next GG since they still want to continue it before working on Blazblue 3. Might take 2 or 3 years I bet but who knows, let's all just wait and hope that we don't have to wait too long and that it will be much better than CS with characters properly balanced(And they'd better not mess with Rachel's dmg output again!).
I've heard they plan to release a re-balance patch later in the year, after all the DLC characters are released.
If they go this route, would you make Makoto, Valkenhaym, and Platinum playable in Arcade Mode? Please?

I'd be happy if they were just playable in Legion Mode like every else. There is no reason I can't think of any reason to exclude them from that mode. At least with story & arcade mode, they would have to add new dialogue and artwork(unless we got a super lazy arcade mode with no conversations or ending scene).
Arc System Works seems focused on this being the main Blazblue installment for awhile from the 3 DLC being added, the character rebalance following that & even having the option to play using a specific system version, even online! I wouldn't be surprised if we got even more additional DLC characters down the line for Continuum Shift (Jubei, anyone?) or by this time next year Blazblue 3 getting announced or being just released in arcades.

Really, we need Jubei as a playable character. All the other living representatives of the Six Heroes are playable (or rather, they will be), so there's no reason why Jubei shouldn't be.

That and Jubei is just an awesome character. Even if its impossible for him to get into a serious fight for whatever reason in the story(all I am aware of so far is that he's really old and he got injured pretty bad sounding in Continuum Shift, though I haven't actually seen how in case somebodies story explains it outside of those needed to be played to get the true end), there is no reason for him not to still be playable while it being non-canon.

It's explained in Taokaka's story when Taokaka tried to save Noel, Relius shows up to meet Hazama. Jubei interferes to save Tao and Noel and he fights Relius. He tells Taokaka to chase after Hazama. Taokaka arrives to save Noel and notices Ragna aka "good guy" all beaten up. Taokaka fights Hazama, but has to back off... There's more to it then that, but that is the general explanation.

In the final episode of Teach me Miss Litchi: Reloaded Jubei tells Ragna that "Y'all see what it can do soon enough" in reference to his Nox Nyctores, so odds are he'll be in the next installment or (less likely) unannounced, future DLC.

I wonder how I missed/forgot that when I ran through Tsubaki's story?
Anyhow, they have a few more characters they could add into Continuum Shift before just flat out making a sequel. Jubei and Relius are the two biggest obvious ones that come to mind in that regard, after them, you'd probably be digging into characters we haven't actually seen/deceased but plot important characters (such as Bloodedge or Nine) or characters like to play a bigger role in the next game (like Saya). A less like but interesting alternative would be to release a brand new character to series via DLC that will be a major character in the third title. To make a character like that work best would be so they only really stir interest in the plot of the upcoming sequel, not so much actually revealing any plot details in the next one (like through dialogue exchanged between the fighters).

Don't forget Phantom as well. Considering that it's all but outright stated that she's Nine, and that it's directly responsible for Jubei's injuries, it'd make a great rival for Jubei.
