I couldnt stop laughing at most of their jokes within the gag reels and such, first time a fighting game had me laughing that much XD.

I think they add to the lighthearted nature of the characters actually. They poke fun at each other's expense. The above example of calling Ragna a pedo, and his reaction, establishes several things:
1) Ragna overreacts to things (we already knew that)
2) Luna is crass and shameless
3) Ragna and Luna are going to have a very conflicted relationship, as they both share similar language tendencies
4) Ragna's terrible at defending himself when flustered
Just because you personally take issue with the use of pedo/lolicon doesn't mean that it didn't actually serve a purpose.

I actually did really like Hazama's lines and hadn't had a chance to give you props, Belisarius. I dunno if this is what you were necessarily going for, but it felt like you were trying to have regular Hazama speak in almost a unassuming, carefree manner before taking a scary, sadistic, maniacal hard edge when it came time to get serious. I think the VA did a really good job with it. I wish there were a bit more of that almost meek nature from the first game, though, to contrast with the terrifyingly violent nature of his true form.

Anytime. I've been waiting to use some of them again, other than when I'm taking them out on Battlefield: Bad Company 2.

Glad you liked him too. :) Hazama is a lot of fun. You're pretty spot-on with your speculation, too. I always thought of regular Hazama as this sort of smarmy, almost saccharine nice-guy personality that he wears as a sort of mask when it suits him, but that melts away very quickly when he gets frustrated or irritated. He's utterly remorseless in every sense of the word, and that frees him up to do some wonderfully awful things to people. :3

I keep laughing everytime he goes " Im not that good at fighting..." and then you picture unlimited Hazama in your mind. Its really funny how deep his insults get when he gets massively annoyed. Truely one heck of a final boss design. Much more backbone and sense then Nu-13 back in CT. But now, the next step looks promissing.

I'll say this, after finishing Bang's arcade path, I couldn't help but be reminded of Jim Carrey as the Riddler for some reason. They have this amazing way of being hyper-arrogant and even more condescending than Rachel ("[...] smelt - I mean, maaaake the sword").
