Tis indeed an arranged soundtrack. I'm hoping it'll compare favourable to the original OST as it's one of Cave's best.
Also hoping for the BL as DLC.

I'm thinking we will see Black Label as a separate disc based release. It's different enough to be justifiable plus I believe cave said they were done with DLC and from now on all modes will be on the disc.

I follow the company pretty religiously but I don't recall seeing anything public being stated about their DLC practices.

I believe it was right before ESPII was released. which is why we got all modes on the disc already, same for DS2.

I'm not willing to rule it out completely.

Yea but MBL 1.1 was announced ages before it actually came out. ...to be honest it doesn't matter. disc or DLC. as long as it gets released.

Memberstateside this, stateside that. PAL areas will never get Deathsmiles or any Cave games for that matter.
consider yourselves lucky because I'm pretty sure the reason why Cave isn't making their 360 releases region-free anymore is because of Aksys clever tactic of making a deal with Cave for US releases.and no I'm not modifying my 360 or getting another one only for a few games

Nothing personal but why do PAL players insist on complaining on a North American forum for a company who has NEVER published a game in PAL region. It makes no sense at all. Why not complain to the Japanese publisher or PAL localization companies.

You're going about it all wrong.
Take death smiles. I beggged and begged aksys for months to localize it. Check some of the first podcasts they even answer a question I asked about them localizing it, saying that bringing shmups stateside usually isn't worth it because of the (or lack of) market.
I didn't give up, I kept making new threads, posting sales numbers, doing everything I could to get the game over here. Not just me, other people posted threads here asking for the game. Threads on other forums pointed people in the direction of aksys.
I'm not saying if you keep asking for a game they'll bring it over. I'm just saying you're going about it wrong. Saying "PAL never gets these games, wah wah wah. it's so unfair" isn't going to convince any publisher that they should spend financial resources to publish a game. Instead try showing that there is a market for it, give reasons other than "it would be cool" or "i really want to play it". Get others involved.
