I always thought Noel was more of an A cup. Anyway, that's her gimmick. She has a complex about being flat, and everyone makes fun of her for it, reducing her self esteem even more (Tao calls her "lacking lady", Bang called her a little boy in CT). Nothing wrong with an A cup, but by the standards of the rest of the cast, Rachel excluded (she has the body of a pre-teen, so obviously), Noel is flat.

How many times am I gonna have to tell people, Rachey-woo does NOT have the body of a pre-teen, she has the body of an early teen. She's probably AA. The art book shows some of the under layers of her clothes, and she HAS boobs. They're just small. So Noel should quit being a little b*tch and shut the hell up, because I'm sure Rachel is WAAAAAY older than her!

I think she borders between an A or a small B, either way her chest is quite modest. Rachel I still have to say is an A pr AA, but it does fit her pre-teen loli body type.

Well I've seen numerous women with D cups that make it work because they have the right height and body frame for it. Makoto makes it work because her body frame and artists willed it so. Then again she has that floofy tail so that also works.

Anyway, Rachel is obviously a gothic loli regardless of what presumed age you think her appearance represents. I was using her as an outlier and not really to be compared to the rest.
