I dunno about difficult, but the ranked matchmaker is exceptionally -your mother is a classy lady-.
I ask for 4 bars only and I get 0 bar connections. Excellant game an improvement in all areas over CT except for ranked 0 bar matchs in CT were better than these 4 bar only matchs im getting here.
To make it even worse, I main Makoto, which i didnt mind paying extra for... except for the fact now I pretty much cant use her.
Is there any plans for a patch to fix the matchmaker? Its not my connection, before anyone says anything. I get 3-4 bar matchs with my friends in player which is great but they are not always online.

I've gotten a few 0 bar opponents, but only once or twice did I notice it was causing issues with gameplay. Most of the time it's like they're in the same room.
That's just me, though. Your mileage, of course, may vary.
