I set it to 4 bars only and it keeps giving me 0 bar connections which are worse than CT. Its not even trying to search for them its gave me back2back matchs in less than 30 sec waiting time.
Will this be getting patched, its exceptionally annoying... I bought makoto and I cant use her in these conditions.
I get 3-4 bar connections with my friends so its not my connection. Give us the CT netcode back.
Apparently it gets better if you set it to "Same Area only". The problem with that is it sometimes takes long, not to mention some of Europe is waiting for the special edition. I liked CT's Ranked matches, where you could select an opponent with a good connection, and you could decline if someone had a bad connection or was trolling etc.

We meet again ;) CT 0 bar conncections were decent, im pretty sure our matchs were 0 bars.
Ye im gonna try 'same area only' later but im in England, where not many people import and even less people play BB. Half of them are probably still happy with their Pal Calamity Trigger.
Im hoping for Belisaurus to see this topic... for an official comment.
Well, maybe Bel can add it to his list along with score attack.
Is there anyway that they could fix this and bring it back to the CT matchmaking?

You being in England is probably the main issue here. If I had to guess, I'd say most people imported Calamity Trigger in Europe because there was a very long time when they didn't know if they'd ever get it, but since there's a concrete release date for Continuum Shift, many may just be waiting for that (doesn't hurt that they get one hell of a nice Limited Edition). As such, 99% of your competition will probably be in North America or Japan, which always causes problems.
Of course, I'm probably just talking out of my arse. If so, just ignore me ^^;

Ye, this is half the problem, EU is always last... I searched for 'same area only' connection was alot better. It still class's them as 0 bars. The latency or ping test (what ever they use) cant be working properly.
