Username says all^^Haha ;) Of course I'd vote for long-lost Nintendo DS and Wii games. There are some obscure, but high quality titles stuck in Japan that definitely deserve a chance in the US and Europe. Ketsui DS is another example, along with the Nanashi no Game titles (and plenty of other Square Enix DS games, tbh).

Anyway, I would buy all three of these games ASAP (I'd just keep Arcana under a mattress or something). If it absolutely had to be one or none, Senkou 2. I can get AH3 on a PS3 if I need it THAT bad (I don't) and while I'd rather have DDP on the 360 the iOS version is fantastic.

Although I cannot vote for anything other than Senko Duo, as I'm on the verge of buying a Japanese 360 mostly for that game, "Melty Blood Actress Again Current Code" is on the verge of receiving a ps3/pc release and is a serious contender among the 2d fighters of today.
Melty Blood Actress Again's ps2 port (which was not localized) has already shown its strong fanbase and growing popularity in the US. It has appeared in all of the biggest national level fighting game tournaments, even being accepted in as an official game at Evolution2010 (the first import-only title to ever be accepted in). A ps3 release with netplay would make its appeal only multiply substantially, as the biggest deterrent for playing the game is currently just accessibility issues.
As it is now, a player looking to get into MBAA has to have a copy of the import-only title, a way to play import ps2 games, most likely need to get a ps2 stick (which are incredibly hard to find these days), and have a way to get together with their nearest local Melty scene. A localization of the upcoming ps3 release of Melty Blood will fix all of these accessibility issues at once.
If the game has amassed as big of a player base as it has with all of the accessibility issues hindering it, I'm sure you can imaging how much it will grow without any hindrances. With this in mind, I would highly suggest looking into a localized release of Melty Blood Actress Again Current Code.
