IMO if its taking this long for the DLC to come out they might as well give it away for free once it actually comes out as an apology for its fans :I or at least give it away for free for a limited time or with Luna. I dunno....I just don't know.... (;~;) I (no longer fear)/(now fear) for the future of our race. (Thank you)/(Goddamn you), Microsoft/ArcSysWorks!

I still hope that this -your mother is a classy lady- gets fixed up soon. I'm getting tired of waiting and sitting on my thumb. I mean MS or not, it's getting stale just getting an apology every other day. By this point I really do not care who is to actually blame. I just want results and an end conclusion and solution implemented asap.

I'd imagine the problem is close to being solved, if not solved already, considering the EU version is being advertised as including "7 New Characters" and it would be kind of a problem if only 5 of them were usable at all...

i got a annomise tip that the whole valkyhny thing yea i heard he was put on hold till further notice

Unfortunately, ASW is a small company, and that usually means they don't get the preferential treatment or attention that more well-known and larger companies get. It would be nice if ASW could give a red flag to Microsoft, but I don't think Microsoft would bat an eye if a niche franchise like BlazBlue became exclusive to PS3 or if ASW made any other similar such move.

While I don't actually have a lot of experience with Xbox Live yet, from what I've seen on Windows Live it's noticeable that Microsoft doesn't take their problems very seriously (As per the 2 month wait.) Unfortunately, they have a lot of money to spare so even if ASW or the Blazblue title were as big as say, Resident Evil and Capcom, I still have my doubts they would flinch.
Not to say I've given up on Valk myself, but just that the way I try to look at it is, the longer we wait - the less time we have to go. Obvious, but it does provide some sort of comfort. "Anything worth wanting is worth waiting for," or however that saying goes, eh?

Well I am still waiting, but strangely i have not given up hope yet as somehow it might actually pull it off or my gut is telling me to go eat 10 bowls of noodles with no taste straight. However i am a quite suspicious of MS at the moment, but i will not fall into a pit of despair. Well, I guess waiting will pay off?

I hope this waiting pays off, this wait one way or another is getting ridiculous. I mean, Microsoft or not. I know there's not much to be done by this phase, but really. this is really annoying. There has to be someone high up that can tell microsoft to get it's head out of it's own ass and get Valk up there so we can have a straight track to Luna and set this whole debacle behind all behind us.

I wouldn't be surprised now if they're just waiting to release Platinum and Valkenhayn together. Oh, for fun I decided to send a e-mail to xbox support, and this is the answer I got -
I regret to inform you that we do not have any confirmed information regarding your inquiry. Hence, we unfortunately cannot provide you exact details about your concern. It would be best to check the website once in a while for updates.

It can be looked at in the prospective as what I said before the quote (As in, they're just waiting for Platinum) or as in they don't want to admit they're having issues. Then again, that's just speculation so who knows. Hurray for answering the question ambiguously so that you don't actually answer the question, but make it look like you did, eh?
On a brighter note, the European version is being released Dec 3, so they could also be waiting on that. We can only wait 'n see though, unless someone else can say differently?

ITS BEEN ANNOUNCED! Apparently, on the JP blazblue site it is now announced that Valkenhayn will be released on Dec 7th, as well as the patch for xbox360. So, I was a couple days off, but I'm happy none the less. If you want the exact announcement, its at http://blazblue.jp/images/topics/1130_ms.pdf - however I for one can not read japanese. Can Bel confirm this?

**edit** Scratch that, didn't notice the other thread. Huzzah none the less!

Ummmm sorry to burst everybodies bubble but apparently that date u know the 7th is when valk comes out in Japan not the U.S
