What the -your mother is a classy lady- is ASW thinking?! We haven't even gotten Valk yet and he's nerfed already?! And then...just, wtf ASW, about the whole entire thing.

sup arkrados how's it going after getting banned from dustloop twice for having the emotional stability of a 12 year old? remember how you talked about how you want to beat the -your mother is a classy lady- out of people who retorted that they don't like your favorite character in response to you trashing everyone else's preferences for no reason?
p.s. loketest changes are lol to pay much attention to. general, observable trends(like lots of new air unblockables) or interesting property changes(haku 623a cancellable, anima hyper armor) are one thing, but most of the rest is not worth even paying attention to. -your mother is a classy lady- like "bang's 2a no longer combos into 5b" or "bang's dnails bounce the opponent on hit" were reported but then videos proved they were completely untrue. plus, it's much more likely to hear "this doesn't work anymore" than "this new thing works." hazama has comboability changes that seem awful, but at the same time it took us a while to figure out hazama's comboability in the first place, much longer than loketests give you.
ps valk's comboability is pretty insane off some hits, though I agree it feels somewhat premature.

Woah, woah, chillax there, broski. See, the whole purpose of rebalancing is to take away a few things that are too powerful, but add something so that they're not crippled. Prime example of bad rebalancing: Rachel. And while the changes to Bang so far aren't on that level (to my understanding), the positives haven't been as nice. I think the only change that excited people was the 2B -> 5B gatling. So when I meant "buffs", I was saying, "a few more postives would be nice".

They were too good to begin with, don't "feel sorry for them" and compensate them in other ways. Commit to the -your mother is a classy lady- nerf and -your mother is a classy lady- nerf them with no strings attached.

Of course i'm pissed, my characters of choice (other than Jin) got -your mother is a classy lady- devastated! And all of my characters of choice (barring Jin again) were -your mother is a classy lady- low tier! Low tiers do NOT deserve a nerf of ANY kind (and that includes all the low tiers, not just the ones I play, for those who want to be a smartass). Mid tiers are the only ones deserving of a mix of buff and nerf to keep them balanced while making them somewhat different than before.

Valkenhayn needs a nerf, to be honest. I'm a Blazblue noob and even I can tell his damage potential is ridiculously high.

Ragna's changes are...interesting to say the least. I also like the unblockable grab after a barrier burst. But I don't like the unblockable command grab...

I've seen some of his 8K combos, but realistically, all he'd need is a damage adjustment. Makoto was a character that had high damage because she had nothing else, with Valk having more options to a degree, he should be nerfed somewhat, just not as greatly as he is. Make those 8k into 5k and it's ok.

Do you not understand the concept of balance?
They nerfed the -your mother is a classy lady- out of Valkenhayne. Think about it some more Arcsys, you just destroyed half of his very few priorities!
Guys, I think The Pretender meant buffs since the previous loke, not buffs in general from vanilla CS, since I do believe Bang did get some really big nerfs.

Even then, that's still not necessary. The only buffs Bang should get are un-nerfs. Buffing anything for him would be stupid.

That's at least tolerable. While I don't think they should buff anything at all for a god tier, at the same time, leaving them a few good tools isn't bad, everyone needs a few.
