   We had better see her soon, there is no reason for the patch + platinum to not be done soon after (by soon I mean the following week or two) when the arcade BBCS2 is released considering its the completed version of the game.

   Well, if I remember right, the thing was that platinum was originally going to be available before the patch. So, now that things are thrown off, thats why they may patch with platinum now instead of what was planned before. All I know is that she it the last character, so I'm in no rush because then at that point once I get my ps3 platinum with platinum the trinity, then there's nothing left to do but fight for fun.

   Which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

   According to the Arc System Works site Luna is set for a release of "Spring 2011" Goodness I hope by "spring" they mean January @_@

   Honestly though keeping in step of the topic, I don't get it. I mean she's been play tested and all that. Good to go, I know they want some of the hype from the Valkenhayn 360 users to die down. I realize alot of the hype died a while back while waiting, but still. I mean I can understand delaying her til January, but beyond until March or later? A bit bollocksy if you ask me. I know what I'm saying won't mean much to Ark System Works, but I feel blowing off some steam will help the waiting process. I know I've made it the most known I've been waiting for Luna to be playable, but I think everyone who's been waiting for Valkenhayn to appear has also been waiting for him to get out of the way for Platinum the Trinity's time. Anyone? Thoughts? Comments? Rage? Mods involved with Aksys please feel free to commentate as far as you can. I do understand you gents can only do so much about things and your hands are about as tied as mine is for Trinity's release, but I am curious about your opinions. Or at least as far as you are allowed to state anyways.

   Not only do we get bent over and screwed on Valkenhayns release (two months late) we are being told the ass pounding is over yet, they finish Platinum and the patch for the arcade and tell us they aren't going to release it for another 4 months (if Spring actually means Spring in moonland) when they say the patch would be released 6 months after the game (Late December/Early January).

   Amazing. Instead of screwing us over like this I would rather they had never did the DLC character -your mother is a classy lady- and just have BB3 by June/July and see them then.

   I do understand your rage Scope, I really do. I do feel like in the face of the constant screw ups on Microsoft's behalf we got screwed enough. I can appreciate they're making Valkenhayn cheaper for a time to make up, but given that Trinity from what I've understood has been tested and in theory ready to go that delaying her until the actual spring is a bit of a screw job as well. I still hold hope she'll be out January. I really want to believe. Until then this "D:<" is my face.

   I think we all know why they want to release the patch later rather then sooner, they want to milk the Arcade release as much as possible, but not piss us off too much.

   TOO LATE.

   I hope enough people over in Japan are pissed about it too and boycott the arcade release so that ASW pull their heads out of that gaping hole they call an anus and realize they should have released Platinum and the patch when they were done.

    agreed. i was really hype for platinum, thinking that valkenhayn was holding her up. i spent money on makoto and valk just to have them on my ps3 for tourneys i don't care about either of them but now no platinum? i have no plans to play bb till spring now i guess.

    real talk if i didn't host and run tournaments i would go sale my copy right now over this -your mother is a classy lady-.

    edit: i know its not aksys' fault but where else can i vent where it can maybe possibly get back to arcsys how stupid their decision is.

    Regardless, as disappointed as I am with having to wait longer than I assumed I would for Platinum the timed release is a pretty smart move by Arc. Instead of releasing all of this in what will already be a rather saturated market (Arcana 3 port, Mahvel 3, SSF4: AE and I think there is a new KOF coming to consoles) they're waiting for the hype to die down for everything else. It's a patch that never had a set release date and there will be plenty other 2D fighter alternatives to hold you over until spring. This certainly isn't something worth calling for a boycott over and is definitely NOT comparable to "...an ass pounding" by Arc.

    Is there an article or something that says she's been play tested already? I haven't heard anything that supports that. But perhaps I don't look at the same sites as you do.

    Can I not elicit even a sarcastic quip?

    How insulting, if I was Arakados I would have had a werewolf themed name and you would see two "your mother is a classy lady" in every sentence at minimum. Besides, I believe he was IP banned now or something.

    If you aren't feeling the rage the rest of us feel you aren't disappointed enough. A $7 DLC character isn't something to worry about in a saturated market, its not like its a new $40-$60 game that has to compete with other games being released around the same time as others, its a $7 DLC for a game we already bought with content (If they look at previous records with releases such as Makoto and Valkenhayn they should see most of us have snatched them up the moment they were released) they should know by now that we want and would buy her since the moment they showed her off in those loktests. What is also amazing is they show her off in October and expect us to wait patiently til Spring to get her. Who the hell wants to wait nearly half a year for a character you know should be done in two months at most.

    I have only been playing BBCS only casually because I know its not a completed game and would rather not learn any combos that they may or may not get rid of so all this wait is really pissing me off, you would be angry too if you were actually a competitive player.

    what annoys me about this was that I had planned to play her over the xmas break and start gaining some skill with her so I could alt between her, Makoto and Noel at our tournament next year. That and I really wanna hear Luna's commentary while fighting/winning/distortioning/Astraling. That and I have a soft spot for her theme song.

    Dustloop is the place to go for Blazblue and Guilty Gear information if you can't read moon runes otherwise your job is to translate those moon runes for the rest of us who can't.

    There are five Loketests but information on her starts in the second Loketest. It wouldn't be much of a balance patch if they don't have people test how characters play against each other so they can make adjustments.

    They also have (excrement word that starts with a C and ends with rappy) videos of people playing so you can have some idea of how some moves work. The quality of the video sucks because people aren't allowed to record but do it anyways.

    I believe most of us had plans to practice the latest version of the game during the break and I too wanted to hear Luna's commentary, especially against Ragna.

    God the comments geared toward Ragna. And people thought her lines toward him in story mode were vicious. I was looking forward to seeing her come up with new ways to call Ragna a pedo/lolicon
