Er, I kinda mistyped there. It's either 5B or 5C, depending on the character. I think all the ones I listed are right as far as that's concerned.
Not sure on which one Lambda has, although I think she already has some decent air-unblockable normals to punish jumpers with.

Back on topic. I personally don't see tiers making much of a difference. I mean, even in this game, it's not like we have characters like Zangief of Street Fighter Alpha 2, who was 100% useless against the god tier (Chun-Li, I'm looking at you). Yeah, Litchi is my absolute worst character to fight, but Noel and Tsubaki are right up there with her, and I don't think anyone's going to argue that they're god tier.

Well, as pedo-tastic as Gaming King was, the least you could ever say about him was that he never said anything like "I wouldn't give a damn if you all got ran over on the way to your car tomorrow." Still, if he ever shows up again, I wouldn't really be thankful.
