The LE has been up for preorder on Amazon.com for a while now, but it hasn't opened up to Amazon.ca yet, which is alarming considering the release date is getting closer.
Can you guys comment on if this will be sold through the .ca website at all, or if it will just be the .com site?

The skill cards are essentially replicas of these cards you see/use at the beginning of the game when you create your character. Each copy of the game comes with all of them.

Yes, it will be sold on amazon.ca. I guess there was some sort of a hiccup, but they're working on getting it up there right now, so no worries.
Pre-orders are available on Amazon Canada now :)

Well, you can play Zero and get a much briefer version of the story in the first one.
I've got another question for Aksys though.
What are you plans for DLC on this game? Are you going to offer all the stuff the Japanese version got like the downloadable characters?

Sooo ummmmm Is there actually going to be an "Official Website" for this game like the first one that was released or is the page off the AKSYS website what you are planning on going with? Just curious as I was looking for wallpapers the other day and noticed that there wasn't a link there.

Q: Will Record of Agarest War Zero also have a PSN release? Or have one later?
I'll be preordering Record of Agarest War Zero, the physical version, at GameStop tomorrow, (where I'll also buy some PSN cards under the hopeful hopeful hopeful assumption that the Store finally comes up after the downtime on the 31st and I can _finally_ buy Record of Agarest War.) But when the PSN is up, it's a wonderful perpetual backup of prior purchases. Which is something I worry about when I look to my right and see the two copies of the big Atelier Rorona box-with-artbook... one of them with a cracked disk inside, a crack that developed somehow while I was playing it on the same PS3 that I'm still using :-/

Playing the first game will give you a little more insight into some of the plot elements, but it's by no means required reading. Zero should make sense without it.

Yes, we will be releasing DLC for Zero. What that DLC contains will be announced at a later date.

I don't believe we have any plans for a web site at this time.

Yes, the PS3 DLC that was free in Japan will be free with our release as well.
