I ordered BlazBlue Continuum Shift from Hongkong. It has Japanese characters on the back so I thought I need to get the DLC characters from japanese PSN Store, which I ordered, downloaded and installed. But unfortunately it does not work. Makoto and Valkenhayn are still locked in my character select screen everywhere.
What now? Did I have to get them from chinese PSN Store, doesn't it work otherwise?
I don't want my money to be wasted, so please help me : (

I doN't even know where the hell I have to get the DLCs from, it does not say.
This could be a chinese game or a japanese game, I don't know it for sure.
The point is, how do I get my money back, if the DLC is not working or how do I get this to work.
Or are you telling me, I can do nothing about it? o_O :(
Get it off the Chinese store, you wasted your money. I don't know why you even bothered to buy the Chinese copy but my guess is the collectors edition that release in Chinese? Also another thing, Aksys isn't responsible for the Chinese version of the game so you may just get the same answer which have already been given to you.
Also, another thing I believe is true of the Chinese version is that its an Asian-English game so it should support both English and Japanese text if anything else.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital downloads, there's nothing you can do about it other than downloading the characters again off of the Chinese store; it's impossible for you to get your money back. Sorry!
