   I'm sure by now everyone here on the 360 knows that Valk is out! Wooooot!

   But if you haven't already bought and played with him, you may not realize that no achievements are popping for him. I'm actually really worried because I did 80% of his trials. If the achievements really are bugged, and the fix isn't retroactive, then I could be screwed out of the achievements... and I love getting all the achievements for my favorite games, including BlazBlue.

   Any insight from an Aksys employee?

   no insight from a non-aksys employee, besides. I think it's an MS thing, I know the achievements are bugged they'll probably patch the patch (ha for oxymoron statements) so they work. I'm just glad he's out. Now it means a hopefully full steam ahead for Luna's release.

   I'm glad too, don't get me wrong. He's sooo much fun. I just don't want to have screwed myself out of completing the game. I have almost 100%, so I'd hate to mess it up now, you know?

   If I remember correctly the PS3 trophies were bugged at first as well.

   Thanks for letting us know. No real comment right now, though, because this is the first we've heard of it. We tested the DLC back during the, uh, testing process, and the achievements unlocked fine. So...yeah. That's the extent of our knowledge right now. I'll see if we can get something more out of Arc, and I'll let you guys know if we find anything.

   No they were fine. No problem for ps3. I bought Valk day one and got a few of his trophies the same day.

    They have no idea what the problem is, when they tested the achievements prior to putting the DLC on Live they worked. It appears to be something on Microsoft's end but there is no official word yet.

    I know, and I'm sorry. If it were me, I'd be cheesed off too. I love my achievements. We're talking to Arc to see if we can get more details, but this is what we've got so far:

    Arc posted a blurb on their website in regard to Valkenhayn's achievement issues. It translates roughly to the following:
    

    Xbox 360 additional achievements for Valkenhayn R. Hellsing.

    There have been issues where additional achievements can't be unlocked for the character, Valkenhayn R. Hellsing which was recently released on the 7th.
    We're currently looking into those issues.
    We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

    
    Not exactly helpful, I know, but they are aware of the problem, and working on it, so hopefully I'll have something better to tell you soon. :(
