Embark on another retro journey with Commander Video.

As WiiWare’s 100th title, BIT.TRIP CORE takes our beloved Commander Video through a new dimension of sight and sound. Developed by Gaijin Games, players will once again utilize the Wii Remote and test their sensory/rhythm skills as they battle through a darker retro-esque universe!

Life begins anew, born of the old.

Reality replaces truth.

Rhythm drives technology.

Technology represents life.

Life is the seeming giver of knowledge.

Knowledge is as tangible as it is fleeting.

Wisdom is a distant memory.

The BIT.TRIP has begun.

“BIT.TRIP CORE visits a darker place in Commander Video’s saga, taking the player into unfamiliar territory as they use NES-style controls to blast their way through the barrage of Beats,” says Alex Neuse, Designer of Gaijin Games. “We hope that everyone likes CORE as much as we do, and we challenge people to start unraveling the story behind The Good Commander. Have fun!”
