Robo-Ky’s Special Moves deplete his Electric Gauge (see page 20 for details). Also, the power of those moves varies between three different power levels, according to the Electric Gauge.
When Robo-Ky uses certain moves, he gradually becomes red, raising a thermometer next to the Electric Gauge. Press the directional button + H to cool him down and prevent damage from overheating, which occurs if the pointer goes past the indicator.
