In the end, the nonpartisan politicians were the only ones who refused to forget about any favor, no matter how small. These kind hearted people were open-minded enough to recognize the power and reality of psychics. They had to pool their money together, as well as borrow some money, from some less-than-creditable sources, to ensure that Alcaland would receive the help it needed. Using their influence, they also pressured the Board of Divine Spirit into action. Acting selflessly to help others is truly a beautiful thing.
The Association for Psychic Studies is an organization which tracks the locations of psychics around the world. While it had known about the ordeal surrounding Alcaland, the Association chose to shy away from this issue. The problem with the Association was twofold: it was not aware of many psychics who could use their powers to advance investigations, and there were always problems with attempting to contract psychics from different countries.
It should be known that Japan, while prone to being selfless, is also adept at getting people the help they need by finding solutions that work for everyone involved.
Japan was able to garner the help of Suzuki: a retired veteran of the Association for Psychic Studies who had acquired many contacts during his years of employment. Suzuki, using his wide array of contacts, was able to reach and contract the necessary psychics who had experience in law enforcement. |

Eventually, Japan’s foreign ministry contacted Alcaland expressing that they would do their best to send aid. Exactly five minutes later, the Board of Divine Spirit contacted Alcaland confirming that they would send psychics to help.
Japan has succeeded in keeping its promise to help its allies, while also keeping the peace with other nations. However, now it is up to the psychics to help Alcaland solve its mysteries.
