YOU MUST FIRST OBTAIN A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER BEFORE YOU SEND ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS TO US. MATERIALS SENT WITHOUT THE RMA NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED.
