Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently, we can only ship through our PayPal store to locations in the continental United States.
Do you charge sales tax?
We collect tax on orders shipped to California residents.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover and eCHECK
I don’t have a credit card, can I still order products from your site?
Yes, Aksys Games can accept personal checks and money orders. If you live in California, you will need to add sales tax to your total. You need to add the rate for your city or county, which you can find here. If you’re having problems detemining your sales tax rate, e-mail us at orders(at)aksysgames(dot)com, and we’ll help you figure out what your total should be.
Once your have your total, mail your check or money order and a list of the products you want to purchase, and the address you’d like them shipped to, to:

How do I know what products are in stock?
Only those items which are listed in the store are in stock.
Do you accept returns?
Please refer to our return policy.
What do I do if I want to cancel my order?
If you submitted an order and it has not shipped you have the ability to cancel your order. Please email support@aksysgames.com for instructions and more information.
