The representative head of the Lindel house, descendants of the Puca.
A handsome young man with the reputation of a womanizer in high society, he tends to be idolized by women, and detested by men.
Despite working as the representative head, he doesn’t take his work seriously. Even when he’s reprimanded, he slips away and does as he pleases.

Thinking she could use Ascot’s charmer tendencies to her advantage, our protagonist is warned by John and Goneril that such an endeavor may be too large of a responsibility. As she spends her days unconvinced it may be an issue, Ascost suggests they pretend to be lovers, and despite pretending to understand his reasoning, she can’t grasp his true intentions.
Fully aware of the risks, she takes Ascot’s hand and pretends to be his lover as a way to get closer to the Queen. But as they spend more and more time together…
